FEMA MAKES A BIG MISTAKE IN LOUISIANA!

IMAGINE EVERYONE HAVING A KEY TO YOUR DOOR!

The Insite has learned FEMA will have to replace the door locks on hundreds of temporary trailers in Louisiana. This comes as Katrina evacuees learn the keys to their trailer can also fit and open the doors of their neighbor’s trailers. In other words, one key fits all. So if one family is not at home and there is a delivery to the trailer next door – don’t worry the entire neighborhood of evacuees could open your door. And residents of the trailer cities say that can be a real problem for those looking to take advantage. FEMA is going to replace 118,000 locks on trailers around the region.

This doesn’t surprise me at all. It just goes to prove how inept the Bush administration is in handling a natural disaster. This also shows why FEMA needs to be shut down. If the federal emergency management agency can’t handle a federal emergency then what good are they.

If I were the head of FEMA, I would hold a press conference and say, “oops! Our bad!”
