BEST OF LUCK TO YOU ON YOUR FUTURE ENDEAVORS!
FOX 26 reporter Reshonda Tate is taking a break from beat reporting to focus more on her books. As many of you know Tate is the author of several best sellers and she tells The Insite after much consideration she has decided to leave news. Management and fellow staffers at FOX 26 are wishing Reshonda the very best in a career path that has been excellent to her. Reshonda writes:
I just signed a new contract with Simon & Schuster, which means I have EIGHT more books coming out in the next two years. That will bring the total number of books I have to 15. So I decided to close the news chapter of my life and focus on being a full-time author. I”ve been blessed with my literary career and it’s really taking off and part of that requires that I go on a national book tour in November and February and well, we know in the news business there’s no going anywhere during those months. So it was time to make a change. I loved my time at FOX, but I need to focus on my writing now!
I just had my newest book come out, Nothing But Drama, the first of a teen series. Hopefully people will stop by website and check out when I’ll be touring in Houston and come out and pick up a copy of one of my books! reshondatatebillingsley.com
BEST OF LUCK MRS. TATE – WE ALL WILL MISS YOU – AND I HOPE AFTER YOUR OPRAH BOOK CLUB APPEARANCE YOU WILL STILL TAKE THE INISTE CALLS.
