Priscilla Slade is scheduled to be in court this Monday morning. She’s facing charges of misuse of school funds while she serving as president of Texas Southern University. Slade is accused of using school money to furnish what used to be her Memorial area home. The house has since been sold to Houston Texans’ football player Mario Williams. Dr. Slade is not alone. Three other former TSU employees will face charges as well related to Slade’s spending. Today’s court appearance won’t likely be the start of the actual trial…There will probably be several delays before we see an actual start date to Slaqde’s day in court.
