WAS IT WRONG FOR HOUSTONIANS TO CHEER FOR VINCE ON SUNDAY?

SHOULD THE TEXANS HAVE PICKED HIM?
It was like Vince Young day in Houston on Sunday. Everyone I knew was camped out around the television hoping the Titans quarterback would show the Texans why they made a huge mistake during the 2006 draft. It appeared as if Houstonians switched sides from the Texans to the Titans for this one day and this one game. Many of the people I talked with were actually hoping the Texans lose. They felt like this was a clear message to the local team why they should’ve picked Vince for their team instead of keeping David Carr as quarterback. It felt like a whole bunch of people were betraying their family in order to send a point. So do you think it’s okay for Houstonians to turn their backs on the home team in this particular case or is it treason? By the way – Vince and the Titans won the game!
