LIL TROY AND SCARFACE AT IT AGAIN!

THE PRICE OF BEING CALLED A SNITCH PUBLICLY!

If you haven’t heard about the beef between Houston rappers Scarface (Mind Playin Tricks On Me) and Lil Troy (Wanna Be A Baller – Shot Calla) – it’s legendary to those who care. To put it bluntly they don’t like each other. The latest saga in this drama is Lil Troy held a press conference on Tuesday in Houston alleging he’d won a $511,000 default judgment against Rap-A-Lot artist Scarface. This suit according to court records came after Scarface claimed during a car show that Lil Troy was a snitch. And unless you’re a news reporter and being paid to be a snitch on tv every night – you don’t want to be called a snitch in the Houston rap world. It is a death sentence. Lil Troy’s attorney said Scarface never showed up in court so a Harris County judge granted his client the half million dollar default judgment. But hold on – in steps Warren Fitzgerald. He’s the attorney for Scarface who says this case is far from over. He’s filed paperwork claiming Scarface was never served on the lawsuit therefore he knew nothing about the case. So they’re hoping to have the default judgment thrown out and another day in court where Scarface can tell his side of the snitching story. Both sides are expected back in court on December 18th!
