The Insite heard from sources at city hall that management at Houston’s Visitor Center may be upset with some Houston police officers. It’s because the officers, who work at city hall according to that source, have been parking in spaces reserved for those who are going to the visitor’s center to shop. Those customers are now having to find distant places to park downtown in order to get into the city store. Management fear it may cause some of the customers to walk away from the business. The Insite captured this line of police cars outside the shop Tuesday afternoon. And despite the 1 hour parking limit – the cars were stationed there all day. Not quite sure if those spots are reserved for HPD or customers. But in the end three spaces were taken most of the afternoon as a result of the cop cars!
