BABYFACE AND TRACEY EDMONDS’ COMPANY COMES TO HOUSTON!

CAPTURING THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE SKYBAR ON VIDEO TAPE!

I got a call Thursday from a friend asking me what was going on at Scott Gertner’s Skybar Wednesday night. I told that person I had no clue, I wasn’t there. See – what you have to understand is – I have friends who seem to think everytime they see a camera it’s FOX 26 or I know what that crew is doing. So, to cure their curiosity I emailed Scott to get the scoop. He tells The Insite there was a crew from Edmonds Entertainment (owned by Babyface and Tracey Edmonds) based out of L.A. and they wanted to video tape the cast of the touring play “Love in the Nick of Tyme” enjoying themselves in his establishment. The play begins tomorrow night at the Hobby Center. But according to Scott the taping will be a part of the t.v. show “Blackstage” which chronicles the process of producing and opening an a play geared towards African Americans. The subject of the show will be the creator of ‘Tyme’ David E. Talbert. So with all that said – I just wanted to share it with the Insite readers as well. I have no idea when that particular episode of ‘Blackstage’ will air!
