THE UNDERGROUND KING READY TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE!

BUN B: I’M JUST TRYING TO DO MY CIVIC DUTY!

The Insite received a call early Friday morning from no other than Houston rap legend Bun B. He’s one of the founding members of the Texas based and national rap group U-G-K. Bun wanted to know if someone was paying for the funeral services of little Ronkeith Andrews. The 5 year old was playing with his sister Wednesday when an iron gate fell on him in the apartment complex he lived in on Parker and Homestead. Bun, who has stepped up to the plate before in Houston, said he only wanted to do his civic duty. He said he was concerned the family didn’t have anyone to help pay for the burial of the young boy. However, the owner of the apartment complex has agreed to pay for services. So, to all of you who say all rappers only care about bling – make sure you keep this post in mind about what Bun B was ready and willing to do!
