THE 14TH ANNUAL BLACK HERITAGE WESTERN GALA!

THOUSANDS COME OUT FOR THE KICK OFF OF THE RODEO SEASON IN HOUSTON!

The event serves as an avenue to raise thousands of dollars in scholarships for deserving students in our area. The event was well attended. I had a chance to see lots of familiar faces: Former HPD chief Clarence Bradford, Lee and Naomi Hines, Dr. Thomas Randle, Ronald E. Reynolds, Richard ‘Dick’ Hudgins, Cynthia Wilson, Constable Ruben Davis, Carl ‘The New Hammer’ Davis, Millette Scott, Dwight Boykins, Kevin Hoffman, Howard Middleton and the Houston Rodeo H!
