HOUSTON’S STATE REPRESENTATIVE HAROLD DUTTON ARRESTED FOR ALLEGEDLY DRIVING DRUNK!

Out of Austin The Insite hears that police there arrested State Representative Harold V. Dutton late Wednesday night for driving while intoxicated. Jail records show Rep. Dutton was pulled over on W. 6th Street and Pressler in Central Austin. He was booked in the Travis County Jail just after 2:00 a.m early Thursday morning with bail set at $1,500. He bonded out approximately one hour later.
Rep. Dutton is chair of the House Juvenile Justice and Family Issues Committee. He has served in the house since 1985.
