THE SOBBING JUDGE CALLS IT QUITS IN FLORIDA!

WILL HE DO ONE OF THOSE COURT SHOWS?

The Fort Lauderdale, Florida, judge in the court battle over Anna Nicole Smith’s remains is resigning.
A spokesman for Florida’s 17th state Judicial Circuit says Judge Larry Seidlin isn’t commenting on what his future plans are, but he plans to resign next month.
The circuit judge’s letter to Florida Governor Charlie Crist says he wants to spend more time with his family and may pursue “the many opportunities that have been offered” to him.
Seidlin gave no specifics on his plans after his July 31st resignation, though rumors have swirled for months that he’s considering a deal for a television court show.
Seidlin couldn’t be immediately reached for comment.
The former New York cab driver — 56 years old and on the bench nearly 29 years — helped make the hard-fought dispute over the fate of the Houston-born Smith’s body a national obsession.
