Harris County investigators have made an arrest in a October 19th murder that left one man dead. Here’s a description of what transpired from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office:
At just after 9:00am, Sheriff’s deputies were called to the intersection of Sugarland Howell Road at Bellaire Blvd. in reference to a report of an Aggravated Assault.
When deputies arrived they found that a young adult black male had been shot. Witnesses to the shooting advised that the victim was walking along Bellaire Blvd. when a gray or silver BMW pulled up next to him at the intersection of Sugarland Howell. According to witnesses, there was a brief argument between the victim and the two hispanic male occupants of the vehicle. The argument progressed to a fight and then one of the hispanic males shot the victim.
The hispanic males then fled the scene south on Sugarland Howell in a Silver or Gray BMW, 2-door, with a partial license plate of 759 ???
