It was Thursday afternoon when Harris County District Attorney Chuck Rosenthal was leaving court for his contempt hearing when he likely got an ear full. It was at that moment when several reporters heard some folk yelling. It sounded like dozens of them but it was only about 4 people. They were yelling the following: Chuck Suck, *uck Chuck, you racist, resign bigot, and Rosenthal is a coward. Some at the scene felt it was a bit much and way over the top. One reporter told a heckler that was enough as we were engaged in an interview with the plaintiff’s attorney in the case. The same thing happened on Friday but on a smaller scale. There was only one guy present and the US Marshals had their eye on him as Rosenthal left the federal building. But he also had some very tough words coming from his mouth about the District Attorney. My question to you guys – can some protesters go too far? Would you kick someone when they’re down if you felt strongly enough about it? The Insite would love to hear your opinion on this issue!
