THE DOORS AT KEY MIDDLE SCHOOL OPENING AGAIN!

DO YOU THINK THE CHILDREN AND STAFF WILL BE SAFE?

The Houston Independent School District says staff and students will return to Key Middle School after spring break.

Students were transferred from the school shortly after the beginning of the school year after several people fell sick in the building.

A preliminary report released by the Center for Disease Control in September 2007 said mold was present throughout the school building, along with high humidity and high levels of moisture, but they were not sure why people were getting sick.

HISD officials previously said all of the tests conducted independently have shown there are no unusual levels of mold in the building.
