By: Kalele ‘Party King’ Thumbutu – Saturday night it was standing room only at the Cotton Exchange (202 Travis). Each and every Saturday Project Zero Entertainment, A Few Good Men, and Afterworkinc.com present the experience known as Prestige Saturdays. This Saturday R & B singing sensation LeToya Luckett celebrated her birthday at the Houston hot spot. Latoya was originally a member of Destiny’s child and has moved on to accomplish individual success with three solo albums. In 2003 LeToya opened Lady Elle, a clothing and accessories boutique (1101-16 Uptown Park Blvd) and recently finished touring the country while making her acting debut in JD Lawrence’s play Rumors. Rob G (97.9 the Box) came in and saved the day on the turntables and kept the party rocking while spinning the hottest R&B, Hip hop, and reggae sounds until the nights end. Faces in the crowd included: Candy Shaw (Project Zero ent.), Lawrence Vessel (Project Zero ent.), Krystal Klear, Toe Jam, Von (Cheeks 22), Brian Spence (Allakcess.com), Tenisha, Brittany, Cesley, and Sunny to name a few!
