THE PRIME MINISTER OF BELIZE VISITS HOUSTON!

THE HEAD OF STATE ARRIVES IN H-TOWN TO QUITE A RECEPTION!









The Prime Minister of Belize made a visit to Houston Tuesday. His Excellency Don Barrow was in town to sign a trade agreement with Mayor Bill White. The agreement will explore tourism as well as oil and gas opportunities between the two governments. The Insite had a chance to interview the Prime Minister at the Hilton hotel on the campus of the University of Houston. He was the guest of honor at a luncheon put on by the Tri-County Black Chamber of Commerce. Several of Houston’s dignitaries were on hand for the event. The public relations was handled by Kelly King. Also attending a series of events which ended with a boat ride at the Port of Houston was Richard Mims from the Chamber. Dozens of people turned out for the event and Kalele ‘Party King’ Thumbutu was there to snap the pictures for all of you Insite readers!
