Tran is accused of pulling over a woman during a traffic stop in February and harassing her several weeks after the encounter.

According to court records, Tran asked the woman who was wearing a baby doll dress at the time to bend over and fix her baby’s car seat in her vehicle.

The alleged victim also claims Tran called her at least a half dozen times after their initial encounter.

Tran reportedly told the woman if she meets him and signs some papers her ticket would be dismissed.

Officials at the police department say it’s too early to comment on the case.

Lisa Andrews with the Harris County District Attorney says she’s identified at least five other victims. She says if you’re a victim, contact the DA’s public integrity division.
