Former first lady Barbara Bush is in a Houston hospital after complaining of a “little bit of pain.”
Barbara Bush, 83, was escorted by several black unmarked cars to the hospital because she had been feeling ill for about a week, FOX 26 reported first on myFOXhouston.com.
Family spokesman Jim McGrath said Mrs. Bush, 83, went to Methodist
Hospital about 6 p.m. Tuesday as a precaution. She had been experiencing some pain but McGrath did not know where she felt pain.
McGrath said all of the results for tests she had undergone had been negative. Mrs. Bush may be released later Tuesday evening or could be held overnight as a precaution.
McGrath said Former President George H.W. Bush is with her.
