THEY’RE PICKING A JURY IN THE BORRIS MILES CRIMINAL CASE!

HE FACES A YEAR IN PRISON AND A $4,000 FINE IF FOUND GUILTY!

As many of you have read here and seen on the news former State Representative Borris Miles is facing criminal charges in connection with allegations from a 2007 Christmas party. Well, The Insite hears jury selection is now underway in his criminal case. Miles is charged with two counts of deadly conduct and one county of unlawfully carrying a weapon. The case is being heard in Harris County Criminal Court #13. The prosecution and defense are hoping to pick 6 jurors to hear this misdemeanor case. The trial is expected to actually start until Tuesday but that’s subject to change. Miles if found guilty could get a year in jail and a $4,000 fine. We’ll keep you updated!
