Latin Rock Acts Duel with new rules in Red Bull Sound Clash

    – Plastilina Mosh Takes on Los Amigos Invisibles for Bragging Rights-

WHAT: Red Bull Sound Clash is an unparalleled, live music conversation and performance between two bands with diverse sounds, styles and creativity. This musical battle unfolds as each band fights for the grace and cheers of the audience. Which band will better anticipate the other? Which band will have the strength to keep playing? We will find out and the audience will decide. Houston will play host to a unique challenge unlike any seen or heard before: two of Latin America’s most ambitious talents vying not only with their music, but revamping the competitor’s material as well! Style points count and originality is king. Witness the glory that is Latin rock!

WHO: Plastilina Mosh, the provocateurs of Latin rock hailing from Monterrey, Mexico, will bring their signature mélange of dance, groove, funk and pop they made famous in such international hits as “Mr. P. Mosh,” “Monster Truck,” and “Peligroso Pop.” Founders Jonaz González and Alejandro Rosso will bring their audio spectacle to the stage in a barrage of beats, hooks and riffs. Funky acid-jazz beats get a South American twist with Los Amigos Invisibles, the Venezuelan act grooving audiences since 1995. Following a scene change to New York, Los Amigos Invisibles has its fans singing in both Spanish and English along to ethereal albums that can top out at 20 tracks in an effort to convince listeners that Latin dance music isn’t all salsa and merengue.
