MURRAY: WAS SHE A COMPLIANCE ANALYST OR AN ASSISTANT!
Here’s a statement the Insite received from the campaign of Ronald Green. He is running for Houston City Controller. On Thursday Pam Holm’s campaign revealed green was arrears in his personal income taxes. Today, Green says Holm lied to the public about her credentials. Here’s the statement emailed to the Insite. You decide what you think is important:
To be sure, there is no shame in being an assistant, administrative or otherwise, but it is most certainly not the same as being an analyst, particularly in an investment securities environment which requires specific licensing. I won’t speculate as to why Ms. Holm may have found it necessary to artificially inflate her professional experience and credentials, but she appears to have done so. Similarly, with regard to her voting record, she now claims to stand against City budgets and policies she repeatedly voted for as a City Council Member. Suffice to say, Ms. Holm’s attempts to reinvent herself in pursuit of a new elected office have not gone unnoticed.
THE RESPONSE FROM PAM HOLM’S CAMPAIGN:
Isiah…you asked for a response from the Pam Holm campaign…I called you back…but I have not received a return call from you…
Here is the bottom line Ron Green is playing on words. The real issue is Ron Green has two tax liens placed by the IRS for owing over 100 thousand dollars.
Ron Green knew he had a tax problem when he decided to run for Controller.
Ron Green has no respect for the voters of Houston. Simply no respect.
