THE BISHOP HAS LEFT THE BUILDING AND SO HAS THE CHURCH!

ST. AGNES BAPTIST CHURCH’S FUTURE IS CLOUDED WITH FINANCIAL PROBLEMS!

FOX 26 News and The Insite found private security guards planted around St. Agnes Missionary Baptist Church on Scott street Wednesday afternoon.

Those guards say they have been told by the attorney and bank not to allow anyone to remove any furniture or equipment from the premises.

Harris County records show Herring foreclosed on St. Agnes back in 2008, but there was a rental agreement between the church and the bank.

But now, members of the congregation say they were told the church, which began in 1967, is shutting down.

The Insite received a call from Houston attorney Dwight Jefferson. He says the church is closed for now and the congregation will likely move to Bishop Gene A. Moore’s Pearland church. Jefferson says the church and bank are in negotiations for the future of the building.

But for now the Bishop and the congregation are gone. The attorney also says church workers have been given approval by the bank to remove certain personal items and belongings from the building. Just to make sure that’s all they take security guards outside the building are also video taping all activities.

The Insite and FOX 26 will keep you updated on this mega church!

Yes, 2008 brought many a changes and challenges in the lives of peoples, even, in my very own life… You know, it wasn’t long after hearing about or the message which TD Jakes preached, divorce in the Church will increase and all kinds of things broked out in the natural as well in the spiritual world and to hear now about a Ministry which was started since 1967 the church door building has closed. Oh, I remember just watching on television the powerful sermons of Dr. Gene Moore preaching from the pulpit of this santuary and how many Saints and Sinners were blessed by great testamonies and inspired songs, songs of that choir and director, Warren Sams.. Surely, I myself never visited this Church and by the GRACE Of GOD, somehow, ST Agnes Missionary won’t die or Vacate….. NOW THE PEOPLE of GOD must HOLD FAST to there prayers and remember the times and sacrifices, the obedience and the order inwhich this place was build…..

DR. Moore, I have not the words to tell you or the know abouts of any financial difficulty but also being in the ministry, the GREATER DEPEND, depends on HIM whom is ABLE to depend…….WE WILL NEVER LET the enemy Take or Receive the glory, amen? OH somehow, someway, the funds will come from abroad and ST AGNES will make a come back because, I know that there was someone’s vision made manifest there….LET GOD ARRISE and come to the aide of this place, together SAINTS, in the name of our LORD and SAVIOR, REDEEMER, JESUS our risen Christ, we ask and pray, be it so LORD, amen…..

    THANK YOU JESUS
