DON’T TRY TO OVER DO IT LIKE THE SWOLLEN GUYS!

As many know I’ve been hitting the gym quite often over the last two years. I have been able to keep off the 75+ pounds I dropped. But I was attempting to take it to the next level by increasing my weights. In that attempt I went from the 70 pound arm curl bar to the 100. After a few days it took its toll. Now, I’m walking around with a wrapped wrist. I think I pulled something. Not quite sure what it is, but it’s been pulled. I plan to see a doctor this weekend because the pain is non-stop. But until then I bought this wrist wrap and some sports creme from Walmart (booyaa) to control the pain. That’s the last time I try to pick up the same weights as the swollen people in the gym.
