The Houston man accused of decapitating his best friend will not be released on bond just yet.
32 year old Noe Morin made an appearance in Harris County court Wednesday but a judge refused to release him on bond.
Morin, who’s being held in the Harris County Jail, is accused of using a chainsaw to cut off the head of his long time friend and roommate 35 year old Marlon Thomas.
It happened this weekend in the Fifth Ward house the two shared.
Investigators say Morin asked a neighbor to help him fix a chainsaw. That neighbor then said Morin later took him to to see the head of his roommate.
According Harris County court records Morin reportedly said that’s what happens to people who steal from him.
