IF THEY SAY STAY OUT OF THE PROJECTS YOU SHOULD!

Once you’ve been told to stay out of a housing project then you should. One of the Insite street team members was on the scene when a man attempted to enter the Kelly Village apartment complex after being told to stay away. Once Harris County Precinct 6 Deputy constables got on his tail the man barricaded himself in an apartment complex. That lead to a standoff for two hours in north Houston. Lt. Mark Timmers says the man was charged with criminal trespass. He says precinct 6 and the Houston Housing Authority take trespassing very serious. The man who ended up locked in jail may have learned his lesson. This was the fourth time the man was cited and told not to come back!
