I apologize for showing up to this event late. I worked the night shift at FOX 26 and that meant I arrived for the Houston Association of Black Journalists Friday night mixer very late. By the time I arrived there were only a few people left at the Washington Avenue restaurant. Here are some of the faces: Cindy George, Sherea Cary, Nakia Cooper, and HABJ President Jerome Solomon. I’m sure I missed a good time because I had a great time with the few people who were still there at the event when I arrived. Sorry guys!
