I was shocked when I turned on the CBS Morning News Show Thursday and spotted a very familiar face.
A face I encountered just last week in Houston.
It was defense attorney George Parnham.
He appeared on the national morning news show to mark the tenth anniversary of the Andrea Yates’ case.
You may remember Yates was convicted of killing all five of her children.
She was later given a new trial and the Houston area mother was committed to a mental hospital.
Parnham found himself interviewed by Oprah’s best friend Gayle King and CBS Morning News co-anchor Erica Hill.
