The owner of House of Blues in Houston has filed a lawsuit against the Pavilion in downtown Houston.
At the center of this controversy is Scott Gertner’s new bar and lounge.
Those who represent the House of Blues say managers at the Pavilion violated their lease agreement by allowing Gertner’s 400 plus capacity operation to move in the complex.
That would allegedly hurt (HOB) their live entertainment venue.
Attorneys representing the HOB also say Gertner plans to expand with more space on his roof.
I guess old Scott is pulling them in and ruffling some feathers in downtown Houston.
By the way, Scott is named as a defendant in the lawsuit as well!
