Harris County prosecutors are now reaching out to the public. They want to know if you paid Patrick Marcel Brown to be your attorney. Assistant District Attorney Martina Longoria says Brown has been passing himself off as an attorney in Harris County and even set up his own office. Brown also reportedly accepted retainers from clients. Longoria says if you have had any encounter with the man contact her office at 713-755-8333!
