As we first reported on the Factor Wednesday Johnnie Binder aka Rev. Johnnie Jeremiah has been arrested again. According to the probably cause the self proclaimed community activists has been accused of soliciting law business in front of the Harris County Criminal Courthouse. Binder was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
