Halliburton Hometown Heroes Nomination Form 2010

 

The Hometown Heroes Program is sponsored by Halliburton and the Houston Texans as a way to recognize local volunteers who are “doing good” and helping others in the greater Houston community.

 

Leaders of non-profit organizations, as well as Houston-area citizens, are invited to nominate exceptional volunteers for this special recognition.

 

If selected, your hero will be given the opportunity to designate a $1000 contribution on behalf of Halliburton to your organization. Your Hero will also be featured in a special tribute on the jumbotron during a Houston Texans game, as well as tickets for six to an unforgettable experience at Reliant Stadium.
