THEY’RE STEALING CREDIT CARDS FROM FITNESS GYM IN SUGAR LAND!

Sugar Land police are looking for two men who attempted to use stolen credit cards at Target, 16300 Southwest Freeway, on May 8.

The credit cards were stolen earlier that evening from a van parked outside 24 Hour Fitness, 14111. A customer at the gym said someone broke into his locker and took his keys. The credit cards were inside a wallet that was stolen from his van.

A review of surveillance video at Target identified two men attempting to make purchases with the stolen credit cards at 10 p.m. Surveillance video at 24 Hour Fitness showed the same two men enter the gym at 9:15 p.m. One of the men distracted an employee at the front desk while the other man walked to the locker rooms. They both left the gym at 9:30 p.m.

Cameras in the parking lot showed the men enter a silver passenger car and park next to a van. One of the men entered the van before both drove away in the car.

The first suspect was an Hispanic man in his late 20s to early 30s, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 240 pounds. He was wearing a blue shirt and had a tattoo on the back of his neck.

The second man was white, in his late 20s to early 30s, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds

The men were driving a silver or gray vehicle with a sunroof.
