One of the self described White Supremacists who was accused of attacking Yondell Johnson wanted to prove he wasn’t a racist. Before Brian Kerstetter was sentenced to 77 months in federal prison for the hate crime he wanted to prove to Judge Kenneth Hoyt he was not a racist. Kerstettersaid he has two Black friends who would testify for him saying he was not a racist. But the defendant said they couldn’t come to court because they had open warrants. You could hear the snickering in the federal courthouse!
