Two Houston men were arrested Wednesday afternoon after a short chase involving Houston police officers.
The men are accused of defacing state property with graffiti.
Police say the men were tagging under highway 59 @ Newcastle when cops spotted the suspects.
The men according to police fled the scene and ended up being arrested in the parking lot of Fox 26!
