September 18, 2012 – Harris County Voter Registrar Don Sumners will present his positions on the ongoing “dead” voters purge controversy tomorrow, September 19, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. Mr. Sumners has been in discussions with the County Attorney’s Staff and General Counsel for the Secretary of State in regards to restoring state voter registration funding.
