Chef Irving, I was on board the Spirit of Endeavor cruise to Alaska in 2006 where I had the rare opportunity to sample your excellent dishes. Your were gracious enough to give me your recipes for Tarragon Mushroom Soup and Mushroom and Potato Soup. I’ve made the Mushroom Soup several times and it is delicious! I am, however, having a problem with the Mushroom and Potato recipe. Do you think that you could send it to me at the above email address?
