The Factor has learned federal investigators are trying to determine if a hospital administrator who’s accused of medicare fraud returned to the scene of the alleged crime. It was last week when Riverside General Hospital CEO and President Earnest Gibson and several other employees were arrested in a nationwide roundup for medicare fraud.
Sources say after posting a $75,000 bond Green allegedly returned back to the hospital this week where the alleged fraud occurred. Our sources say federal investigators want to know if he violated the conditions of his bond by returning to the medical facility while the subject of a federal probe and indictment. The Factor will keep digging for answers. Gibson is scheduled to be back in court on the case in November…I have not been able to reach Gibson for a comment!
