Update:Harris County prosecutors have filed two more charges of impersonating an attorney.
Justin Thomas has been arrested and charged with a growing crime in Harris County.
The 28 year old is accused by Harris County Prosecutors of trying to pass himself off as an attorney in court.
Sources say Thomas may have been discovered by someone who reportedly saw him in court representing another man.
That person knew Thomas was not an attorney.
Thomas was held on a $20,000 bond!
