Christmas morning brought threatening weather in a small city about two hours north of Houston.

Residents in Pennington say what they believe to be a tornado roared through their community Tuesday morning.

Several homes and a hand full of businesses were destroyed but no one was seriously hurt.

The clean up is expected to take several weeks while crews are working around the clock to restore power in the town.

Here are some of the photos I snapped!
