On January 25, 2013 at approximately 9:30 PM the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a residence on 18700 block of Mink Lake Drive in Magnolia in reference to a home burglary where three males forced entry into a residence.   A 33-year-old female and her 6-year-old child were inside the home alone.  The homeowner fired a pistol at one of the suspects and may have struck him.  The three suspects fled the scene.   MCSO Major Crimes Unit Detectives and Crime Scene Units are currently investigating.   Anyone with information in this case is urged to call the Montgomery County Crime Stoppers at 800-392-STOP (7867), the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 936-760-5800 (24 hrs) or Detectives S.
