Sources tell the Factor a suspicious package was found on the 8th floor of the Mickey Leland Federal building in downtown Houston.
Those who work in the building complained of headaches.
I’m told the package was found on the floor occupied by Senator Ted Cruz’s Houston office and the US State Department.

The Houston Fire Department Hazardous Materials Team has determined the substance is a non-hazardous material, however it has the potential to cause some degree of irritation. Simple washing of the hands and face should relieve the symptoms. Those individuals who were overcome with headaches have been evaluated and are being released.
