First on The Factor a Montgomery County businessman has been arrested for theft and our cameras were there…
Richard Sisney is being called one of the worst businessmen in Montgomery County by law enforcement officials.
The owner of Sisney Auto Service was arrested 10 o’clock Friday morning in Porter, Texas on a charge of felony theft.
Investigators say he was suppose to sell a Camaro to a Canadian resident for $29,000 but did not follow through on the deal.
Sisney is also accused of forging a vehicle title and selling someone an old engine he said was new.
Rob Freyer with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office says there are likely more victims out there who have been victimized by Sisney.
Freyer would like all potential victims to call the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Auto Theft division.
