The women who provides security at the Harris County Court Complex are up in arms.
They’re angry because they say they’ve been told which color they can wear their hair by their employer.
The county has a contract with Weiser Security Services to patrol the county buildings.
Those workers who want to remain anonymous say they have also been forced to sign a document stating they will only wear their hair a dark color.
Sources say a woman whose hair was a a plum color was told to dye it dark by a manager.
The women, mainly African American, also say they have been told there are certain guidelines they must follow for the length and color of their fingernails as well.
I have sent emails to Weiser Security Services in Houston and corporate to get a response on this issue!
