A trio that has been arrested more than 60 times combined over the last two decades are now up on charges again.
Dale Franklin, Mary McClendon, and Diane Austin have all been charged with organized retail theft in the 232nd District Court.
The defendants, who were arrested, allegedly stole over $1500.00 in merchandise.
Court records show they walked out of the store with boots, 20 clothing sets, 18 shirts, two fragrance sets, and 4 jackets.
Franklin, McClendon, and Austin are no newcomers to the shoplifting game.
Security staffers at Palais Royal say they have been arrested there on several occasions.
Harris County criminal records also show all three have been arrested at total of 66 times since the late 1980’s.
The defendants are being held with no bond on the charge of organized retail theft!
