On Saturday, February 8, 2014, at approximately 4:20 PM, Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to a robbery that had just occurred at a new home underconstruction in the 20500 block of Conery Grove Drive. Deputies learned that three males entered a new home under construction, brandished a shotgun, and demanded money and property from three individuals that were working at the location. After taking an undisclosed amount of money and property, the three suspects fled the location on foot. A description of the actors was immediately aired over the radio and Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office units responded to the area searching for the actors. While searching in the area, a Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office unit was flagged down by a construction foreman at another new home under construction in the 21400 block of Lindell Run Drive. He advised that an employee at that location had been robbed at gunpoint by the same three actors. The construction foreman was able to provide a description of the suspects’ vehicle. Shortly after the description of the vehicle being aired, the vehicle was located leaving the area by a responding unit. The vehicle was stopped and suspects detained. Property that was taken at both locations was located inside the vehicle, along with a shotgun. After an investigation, all three suspects were arrested and charged with several counts of aggravated robbery.
