Press Release: On Saturday, March 8, 2014 at 7:49 PM, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from the Hartz Chicken Buffet located in the 25300 Block of Interstate 45, in Spring, Texas, in reference to a robbery that just occurred.
Store employees advised two males entered the store with one brandishing a hand gun. One of the males jumped over the counter, proceeded to the cash register, and removed an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register.
The second male stood near the doorway during the robbery.
The two actors then fled the location on foot heading eastbound. Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office units responded to the location but were unsuccessful in locating the actors.
The actors were described as black males, wearing black hoodies and possibly bandanas over their faces.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone with information to call the Major Crimes Unit at (936) 760-5876 or Montgomery County Crime Stoppers.
