It was last week when we first told you about Cassandra Williams. The Fort Bend county woman took her vehicle to be repaired at USA Auto Collision in Houston.
She says more than a month after she picked up her car there were more issues than the cracked bumper she originally took it in for.
In fact, Williams says she could not drive her car at all.
She also learned someone at the repair shop actually drove her vehicle to and from work putting an additional 1000 miles on the 2013 Dodge Charger.
How did she know? The person who drove Williams’ car without her authorization took the toll road because she had an easy tag in it.
After that report aired last week Sam Bara, owner of Elite Collision Center, wrote the Factor saying he was very touched by Williams story.
As a result of that he has agreed to fix her vehicle at his shop and not charge her a dime.
Way to go Sam and Elite Collission Center. We will follow up and keep you updated!
