A Strong Upper Level Low Pressure System Remain Anchored Over Northwest Texas Producing Numerous Thunderstorms Moving Across Southeast Texas. Runoff From These Storms Has Produced Flooding On The Cypress Creek Watershed In Northwest Harris County.

* Minor Flooding Is Forecast.

* Forecast…The Creek Is Expected To Rise Above Flood Stage Later This Morning And To Continue Rising To Near 84 Feet By This Afternoon.
* At 82.9 Feet…Minor Lowland Flooding Begins In The Vicinity Of The Gage.
