On Saturday, November 29, 2014, at approximately 2:15am, three Hispanic male suspects approached Inocencio Quiroga-Alvarez (52) in the parking lot of the Diamante Negro Disco, located at 15934 East Freeway.  The suspects displayed handguns and struck Mr. Quiroga several times while taking his property from him.  Mr. Quiroga attempted to fight back and was shot at least one time.  The suspects continued to shoot indescriminately, shooting Mr. Oscar Balderas Pulido (21) in the leg, and Mr. Aurelio Pulido in the chest while he was attempting to drive out of the parking lot.  Mr. Aurelio Pulido (38) died at the scene from his injuries.  Mr. Balderas-Pulido and Mr. Inocencio Quiroga-Alvarez were transported to area hospitals for non-life threatening injuries.
