GALVESTON COUNTY DRUG BUST AFTER 6 MONTH PROBE!

Last night, after a 6 month long investigation, the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office Special Crimes Unit (SCU) executed a Narcotics Search Warrant at 19 Dolphin in the unincorporated part of Bayou Vista, Galveston County, Texas.

Mark Allen KNEIP 36 was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance PG1, 4 to 200 grams, bond set at $150,000.00.

Detectives recovered over a quarter of an ounce (10.6 grams) of methamphetamine inside the residence with a street value of $1050.00.

Also recovered were several digital scales used for weighing narcotics, packaging materials, numerous syringes one loaded with a clear liquid substance believed to be methamphetamine.

A locked safe was also located that contained a large amount of jewelry, wrist watches, cameras all believed to be stolen. Detective will investigate the possible stolen property to determine its owners.

Assisting with the investigation was LaMarque PD Narcotics, the Galveston County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrant Division, members of the Sheriff’s Office Tactical Response Team (TRT) and a Galveston PD K9 Officer.
